Cancellation & changes
Cancellation deadlines, any charges and refund terms are agreed with Yaadify before confirmation. No free-cancellation promise is included in this proposal. Use your account to request changes or cancellation; the team reviews the request and sends the existing notifications.
A submitted request is pending review. Admin confirmation comes first, followed by crew assignment. An unconfirmed request is never a confirmed booking.
Know before you go
Up to 4 travelers plus creative crew. Official site buses and activity vehicles may be shared. Your driver picks you up at your accommodation, takes you to the agreed tour locations, and returns you to the same hotel or resort. The local pickup area is agreed in advance.
Your edited memories
Proposed delivery: edited gallery within 5 working days; any film within 7 working days. Final scope and dates are agreed before confirmation.

Your proposed package price
This total includes the listed photography, transport, and activities. A video add-on is priced separately. Final availability, permissions, and any applicable taxes are confirmed with your quote.
How is this estimate calculated?
Group total = photography/editing + listed transport + entry or activity allowances + guide/host + any selected video add-on.
AlUla transport uses the same SAR 90/hour + SAR 3/planning-km approach, minimum SAR 350 per tour day, rounded up to SAR 50. Choosing a hotel/area in the package options changes the transport component and group total.
Entry/activity allowances are planning budgets. Exact pickup address, permissions, supplier availability and any taxes or extras are agreed in the final quote.
